Well; i heard the term more than once on Cookery channels and when checked the term and asked a friend i was convinced by that.
Anyway here's a definitn from the web dictionary that might help

An aromatic spice that looks like a large, smooth peppercorn (about the
size of a pea), allspice is the dried berry of the West Indian allspice
tree. It’s also called Jamaican pepper or pimento and is so called
because its taste is said to resemble a combination of cinnamon, cloves,

When i asked mum about it..She said" rass el 7anout" is a spice that consists from all the other spices..it means; it takes an amount from all of them Very Happy
