A forum without faked usernames

The idea we have now is to create a forum with no fictive usernames, i.e everybody who wants to be a member should mention his real name and surname and will be checked. That will make us avoid double accounts.

Since this forum succeed to gather us and made many members real friends, sisters and brothers. And since Mr Admin asked us to make it an open forum...
It is really good idea to make it open, but the question, we should have rights also to know who is managing the forum?

It still a virtual world! I don't think it's a good idea to give our personal information.And I think for those who use a second account. I think the solution is:
as long as they don't post offensive things and participate somehow in a good way in the forum---IT'S OK to have them here.
If they did wrong or something like that---JUST KICK THEM OUT OF HERE!
