 Language is Culture , and Culture is Language .Because of the great complex relationship between the two . No body denies that we can't know and understand about a specific Culture if we do not know its Language .  Language and Culture have developed together ,  influencing each other .Alfred Louis Kroeber (June 11, 1876 – October 5, 1960) , an American Anthropologist , said : "Culture, then, began when speech was present; and from then on, the enrichment of either means the further development of the other."

we can say language is cultur . that means knowing about your own society, not just its history and traditions but everything about its foundation including government, economics and religion.
