Hey guys. I'm back again with few ideas and experiences that I've shared with my lovely kidos Razz

Well, this time I had to teach the oratorical style of speech with second year classes. So, as you know, I can't teach anything which normally is 'oral' without audio tracks or videos or songs.

I have shown this video of Matin Luther King to my pupils. What was amazing with this video is that it selected the best part of his speech and it illustrated the oratorical style PERFECTLY!

And then, I have this lesson that I have invented myself Razz lol It's called Let's Sing Along . I do it at the end of every unit and my kidos see it as a sort of reward (une récréation pour tout vous dire lol!)
So, I have selected this song (I Have a dream -Common feat Will.i.am ) coz it matched PERFECTLY with the previous lesson and with the theme of racism that we have studied

We've had so much fun. My kidos couldn't believe that their teacher could rap Razz Do I ?? Yes, a little Razz Razz Razz

Hope you loved the ideas. See you soon. Love, Bye I'm into RAP these days (PART 2) 471538

Great ideas sassy Smile,
It's good thing when teachers think to present their lessons as you do Sassy, in a such amazing and useful way.

Good luck

Hey sweet girl! I like very much your creative ideas Sassy (you're a marvelous teacher I'm into RAP these days (PART 2) 317362 ) You're always trying to create a warm atmosphere in your classes so that the pupils will not get bored and they are lucky for having a teacher who care for them like you

In fact, I appreciate so much Martin Luther King and the song which is, as you've said, is directly related to the lesson.

hats off my lovely friend I'm into RAP these days (PART 2) 868265

I'm so glad that you liked them.
Well, my kidos love when we do listening so much and it became like a reward for them. When they see me coming upstairs with my materials, they become all so excited Very Happy (coz that's another story I might do a post about "how to use technology in classrooms which do not have electricity or any other means, with very cheap means Wink".
But let me take pictures first.I'm into RAP these days (PART 2) Emoticones-msn-appareil-photo You'll have so much fun watching my stuff, trust me Very Happy)
