Hello dear friends, I hope you're doing great.
well I'm a 3rd year student in Bouzareah and I really want to have an over view about the syllabus and the lessons we're going to have. All I know that we have a new module which is Af Lit...So would anyone provide me with some information?? plz

Hello the bright queen,
Here is the link of Encyclopedia of African literature I c that it is helpful.
And here is the syllabus of the yr, this is for 3rd yr LMD and I think it's the same thing as the Classical one.
Syllabus of the African Literature:
1- Orality (pre-Colonial Africa)
2- Western literature about Africa
3- The beginning of written literature (Achebe)
4- African history and culture
5- The issue of language and African literature (Achebe =/= Ngugi)
6- "Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart", "Le Monde S'effond"
7- Frantz Fanon "Fanonism"
8- "James Ngugi's A Grain of Wheat"

I'm sorry i'm in Setif 3rd year classical sys but we have not the module of African literature ???????????????????????????
