For the moment I've only found some info about the contest in Tlemcen, I'm gonna copy paste it for you as it is

L’UNIVERSITE ABOU-BEKR BELKAID DE Tlemcen organise des
Concours nationaux pour l’accès aux études pour l’obtention du
diplôme de Magister
Les concours sont prévus pour

o Faculté des langues et lettres : 10/10/2013

Dossier à fournir :
1. Demande manuscrite en précisant l’option du magister (indiquer numéro de mobile et l’adresse
électronique)
2. Copie de la carte d’identité nationale (CNI) légalisée
3. 01 Extrait de naissance
4. Copie du baccalauréat légalisée
5. Copie de l’attestation de réussite de graduation légalisée
6. Relevés de notes de tout le cursus légalisés
7. 02 Photos d’identité
8. 02 Enveloppes timbrées libellées à l’adresse du candidat
9. Autorisation de l’organisme employeur pour les autres candidats
Les dossiers incomplets seront automatiquement rejetés
Les dossiers de candidature doivent être déposés sur place directement auprès du département
correspondant au magister :

Faculté des langues et lettres du 15/09/2013 au 30/09/2013
Seuls les candidats retenus après étude du dossier seront
convoqués, par affichage sur le site de
l’université de Tlemcen ABOU-BEKR BELKAÏD
