I think writing is a very difficult skill to learn.so,I give one big advice,the only advice that will help you to improve you writing level is (as MR.RAHALI says)

I tried to imrpove my writing skills in many different ways,but it doesn't work if you don'tt pick up your pen and write.you can learn many things through writing:like spellining,grammar and composing and ordering your idea.
but generally, each person has his own way of learning.

How to practice?I guess practicing involve a lot of things to do.
basically,I think you should start doing a lot of reading. It might seem exaggeration but I promise you that you will be better writer if you done enough reading and you actually concentrate in what you read.
and you can choose one of the good writers and imitate the way he write:the way he construct the sentences, the vocabulary he uses,and...of cource this is as a first step..

Also you have to improve you vocabulary as much as you can...

and fenally I think you would feel your improvement,when you make some.
