3rd year LMD modules in UMBB (Boumerdes)

Hello dear mates! I noticed that the modules studied at the level of your university (Blida) differ from the ones we study here (Boumerdes). So I will provide you by ours. This may be benificial for you mates. So let's start:
1-Listening & speaking
2- Writing
3-Cultures in contact (it's somehow comparative civilization) in this module we study the cultural contacts according to: the nature of the contact (bloody,peaceful,conflectual,..); the level of the contact (mass contact, elitist contact,...); and the implications of the contact.
4- GD (Genres Dominants)= how literature works. In the 1st semester we studied James Joyce's "Dubliners" (a wonderful short stories collection). For the second semester we'll have Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness".
5-PS (Poetics & Semiotics)
6- Comparative Literature. We compared two fairy tales "Lion King" and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" with structuralist lences.
7-Research Methodology.
8-Didactics.

N.B: The two modules: Cultures in contact & PS are biannual in the 2nd semester they will be replaced by Identities & Universality+ literary theory & criticism.
