I need a help to understand civilization ((american civ)) ... I am in second classical class .
we started the lessons the last one was about portogus and spain when they wanted to reach the indies ((in the east)) there when christopher went by west and he found america ..... that whole what I understand but the previous nothing ............ please who can help me and explain them for me .............. soon to not confuse them with the next courses ..

I found this for you: Europeans Explore and Colonize the New World.ppt, it's in PowerPoint. All what's written is taken from a history textbook entitled: Review Text of United States History, by Paul M. Roberts.
If you can find the book it's great! It's a good guide for understanding U.S. history.

I just have a request, if you don't understand what's in the document, post all your questions here and we will try to clarify things for you.
