well , I think to learn good pronunciation u should listen more regularly to natives , and whenever speaking apply the rules of pronunciation , and when learning a new vocabulary always, check the pronunciation with the meaning , for example Google gives the pronunciation of the words in translation category (American English) , and there is some software u can use like tell me more that's very helpful , u find American and British pronunciations, and if u want to learn Phonetics as a study just just search for a good book
