Re: STRONG AGREEMENT
Ok!, but if you mummies ask you to go bed, say yes, ok!
I decided to start revising my lesson.. But I don't know my friends think that my way is weird. I stick papers on the wall, then I write a kind of outline or schema about all the lessons. We're going to start with Bri-Civ, I guess I need your help with the following question: Why
the Labour party after being against the Uk's intergration in the EU ( European Union) in the 1970s, changed its mind?
Please Hope post a question ok!, I think you don't know much about the EU

Re: STRONG AGREEMENT
I guess no one wants to help poor Ezinma.
I got the answer thank you . But because I'm generous and kind I'll give it you, maybe it'll be the topic of the exam.
In the 1970s the Labour party was totally against the idea of the Common Market, i.e. a free flow and circulation of goods and services between the members of the EEC ( The European Economic Community). However, the Labour party lost the general elections to the Conservatives under Ted Heath in 1970, who fulfilled his ambition to take Britain to the Common Market. So Britain joined the EEC in 1973. Now our question was why the Labour Party after being against Britains intergration changed its mind or better put it, supported closed relationship with Europe?
The Labour Party was against the free circulation of capital without regulations, but after that the 1975 national refrendum ( held by Wilson's government) settled the agrument backing UK membership in the EC. The majority of the Britishers voted yes to stay.
Even now the Labour say: "Our membership of the European Union is essential for Britain’s prosperity and security...".
Insh'Allah it's the answer..If not help me before the exams.

Re: STRONG AGREEMENT
I have a question to ask if you don't mind.it's been troubling me for ages" figuratively speaking".There are two ways of writing an argumentative essay.well... i only know how to do the first one which is "block arguments" or something;i don't remember the exact name.whereas the second one is called "point by point arguments"correct me if i'm wrong.using this kind of writing, you put all your arguments in one paragraph and you put the counter arguments in an another one.so, the question is... what's the second way to write an argumentative essay.I really need the answear very soon coz we have "writing" tomorrow and i doubt the questing will be:write an argumentative essay using "point by point argumeants".thank you all.
