Reaching the Final "D"

hello friends and mates and 
!!!
Years ago most people think that the LMD system won't survive long and it will finally diminish as some unpleasant results started to appear but now, abt 6 years later, we can say that it did survive and now the first promotion LMD students in some fields are finishing their Doctorate.
Well, the question I want to ask concerns English. (I'm not sure but I don't think there are some english students doing their Doctorate ) Do you think there will be a doctorate in our Universities (mainly Blida and Boumerdes) ? are we going to reach the final "D" or we're going to stop at the M level?

First of all, thank you so much for the nice and most stimulating posts and debates you are offering us.
Concerning the Doctorate, I'm about to graduate the next week from Master2 and unfortunatly there will not be a doctorate this year in Boumerdes but it seems that there will be one the next year for sure.
I heard that some LMD students reached doctorate in Constantine and are studying by now.
I don't think we need to worry about anything, many efforts are being done by now. So inchaAllah we will reach it next year or even the coming years.
As one of my teachers told me, we should just fullfill all the conditions and hopefully we will join it
