A Funeral Empty A Funeral

Post by bilinda Fri Dec 17, 2010 9:44 pm

A Funeral

Under the rain, in the darkness alone.
Holding my heart that became a stone.
Going to the cemetery that is nearby
To bury you with your famous lie,
And to shed my final tears.
On the ghost that caused my fears.
And while i dig, and dig your grave.
I will try to free my soul that became your slave.
Instead of throwing, on your tomb, flowers
I will throw your memories, and all the hours
That i spent with you in vain,
And i will wash my sins by the falling rain.
Then i will come back home, alone, as i came
But with a past and a present that are not the same.
My past has a spot of shame,
And my present has a noble aim.

What a sorrowful spirit you have! That's the best and most courageous of what I have ever read from a WOman. Thank you bilinda
