The Winds of Change! Empty The Winds of Change!

Post by chinda Thu Feb 17, 2011 10:11 pm

What’s amiss with the Arabs these days? What’s going on with them lately? Is it a disease infecting a country after another or it is a fever which is diffusing through every limb of our “oumma”?! Were the Arab nations sleeping for decades and they all woke up at once from that long hibernation with the coming of spring?!
Tunisia before Egypt opened all the doors on the fullest for the other countries; Algeria, Yemen, Libya, Bahrain, Iran and others are coming in the way without any doubt, as if those two countries were the alarm which awakened the other countries from their sleeping; the stimuli which urged them to catch the train of change before it closes its doors and leaves without returning. It is now or never; if the passengers will not catch that train now, it will leave for long without knowing after how many decades it will return so that they will wait for long at the station and none will know how long their wait will last!

What do you think about what is happening; does casting out the president is the solution for all the problems? It is overt that the current events are inevitable, but how can we deviate them to serve our goodness, and don’t let these winds to become storms and devastate everything in their way?! How can the authorities appease people and put a halt to their fury?!

Personally, I see the current events in the Arab world from a positive angle. It is like the Arabs have finally steped over their fear and took things into their own hands. No matter how the future will be like, it's still going to be better than the it was with those tyrannies.

• Arab countries start waking up one after another. They will be free ASAP. But, who will take the lead after? I've heard some politicians predict that there would be an islamic government to lead all arab countries. Some proved that by the appearance of signals of the Judgment day, still only El mahdi to appear. Moreover a Swidish report said that in the next 6 months all the arab leaders will resign forceably.
• I think we can neither accept nor deny all what was mentioned because who thought that the Egyptian Faroun will resign after that ruling decades !!!!
• Hope we won't be the victims of the transitional period if it'd be !!! Wink

A touching point,
All the world is following full heartdely what's happening in the Arabs world nowadays, Starting from Tunisia, passing by Egypt, and the next destinations are on the direction of the winds of change we are talking about.
Anyway, it comes the time that these deep rooted leaders leave their positions that they have been taking advantage from more than 30 years.
Well, as an amateur politician, i don't see it enough to change the leader without changing the entire system. we are fed up of the white haired old men coming up everyday in our televisions to tell us some promises and lies we are learning by heart - MOVE THE HELL ON - terrorism has ended 10 years ago.
I am not being pessimistic, but i believe that the changes occur in our country since the end of the black ten years, touch only a specific kind of people, cause the overwhelming majority didn't benefit from the changes happening around them.
We need this country to be ruled by university graduated - young men, not by parties' ignorants , but by people who understand youth problems, since 75 % of the Algerian people are youths.
i think It is kind of too late for this change. but as it is said,: better late than never !

I hope you don't mean Algeria for we are full off chaos and disorder. We experienced it for long, so forget about that.

In our lovely Algeria, sickness is in the base of pyramid (social)...
Don't except from people who still pushing in bus stations, poste offices...and event about "zlabia" in ramadhan change the system here...
I've many things to say here, but... Sad

P.S ... Blidi, I think that ThUk used the right term...education comes before culture...education is the mother of culture ( Well educated people= well cultivated people)

P.P.S ... Chinda, you always ask questions, but you never gave us your points of view...waiting for your opinion Razz

Hello all....
I agree with you when saying we need education!! Really, our educational system is going down!! We arrived to the point all pupils pass 5th primary tests, all of them get BEM and BAC easily!!! And then, you'll find empty minds at universities!! This is what's called a "damage"!!
Wolf, I think Algerians are aware enough about the system here!! And I think we're aware enough that it's difficult to have manifestations in Algeria like the other countries. Simply, because Algeria is a special case, and I think we 're in need of governments' changes not the whole system "إسقاط النظام".
A point of view at last!!
