the crown of sweets

Dates or "the crown of sweets" as they are called are known of their uncountable benefits . They are rich with iron,fibers potassium,copper and magnesuim . As they are good source of vitamins and minerals.

Till now there is nothing new since every one of us agrees upon the benefits of dates.

Yet,what is new or a "discoveryy"is the latest researches suggested that dates should be eaten without being opened claiming that the warms found in them are very helpful for fighting some bacteria as well as preventing from cancerous diseases.

Well i m not sure(since i haven't checked yet), but when i ve told my freind she said that we have "hadith" in which we are asked not to look in the dates.

Thank you so much black_white for the educating topics you are posting.I don't know of the last information you've given either,but no one could argue with you conserning the benefits of dates.I,myself,do not open dates while eating( it wasn't always a good decission to take though )

It is said that dates are good also for women during childbirth for it lowers blood pressure, and therefore prevents any danger happening to the mother. Besides it's a medicine for rheumatic diseases and eye diseases...etc

Thank you Black_White for this sweet topic. I love dates more than any other fruits :ya3omri1. it's the most delicious food. Well... to not open the dates befor eating, it's a little bit dificult. I can do it in one case if the dates are of a good qaulity.
