Any learner at any level has an unconscious deep principle, that the teacher is noble and that noble should be respected.

When the teacher at the end of the lesson motivates learners to write a poem, a short story or just a piece of writing,

learners would activate their unconscious principles to be there for their teacher. Sure, with the spirit of competition not

certainly jealousy, other learners would do their best to satisfy their teacher. At this point, the teacher may seize this

golden opportunity to start a collaborative activity such as making a wallet magazine at the level of the classroom or the

library. The flavor would go beyond the class to reach other classes! Why not to organize some activities with collaboration

with other teachers. The point is to inspire students. The energy is there and unfortunately, it's consumed negatively. I

believe that human energy has to be consumed positively. If not, it would go the other side. Thus, let's be our learners'

source of inspiration.

Saha eidkoum everybody ! Smile

Thanks london for this valuable post and inspiring ideas!!

I strongly believe that if the teacher IS motivated to to his or her job his/her students will be the same (they will follow their 'model', that is their teacher). But unfortunately, not all teachers love their job No

What you've written reminds me of this quote
