What is stress? We hear the term 'stress' being thrown around so often, we may not realize that people mean different things when they're discussing stress. Just what is stress, and what do people mean by the term?
What Is Stress?

First, and answer to the question, 'What is stress?' The term 'stress' refers to the response you have when facing circumstances that force you to act, change, or adjust in some way to maintain your footing, or to keep things balanced.

Hi dear sassy. You're welcome sweety. Yes sassy,stress is named the "Illness of XXI century" and the fight against stress is the main task for doctors of practically all specializations every day.

Experts define external and internal stresses. The external stressful factors can be sun radiation, dirty air, and poor-quality water - everything that surrounds us in a modern world today. The internal stress traps us everywhere - a pressure on work, motional experiences, problems at home, diseases, and illnesses.

According to statistics in the last 10 years the number of people that are in condition of constant stress has been doubled. Shocked

Studies show that even six months babies Shocked become anxious if ignored for even two minutes by the mother.They become stressed out when they don't get the attention they feel they deserve.
Levels of the stress hormone cortisol soar when they are ignored by their mother, and even a day later they are worried about the same thing happening again.

Wow ! I really didn't know all that dear! It's really fascinating. You know I think that it may even happen to have an illusion that we are suffering from something physical and after all it might be just stress sobhanaAllah
