The reason that I am posting this topic is thatI need some help,I am struggling to understand feminism within the 19th century American literature, and my mind got overloaded that I feel completely lost .Would someone pleaseeee help me out with understanding it ,a summary or some novel examples wriiten during the era would be so fine,
I would really appreciate any help

Re: Feminism??
hey. I may have a solution for you! why don't you try reading the works of the afro-american feminist writer Toni Morrisson. She is very talented and believe she is the one you are looking for. Her famous novel The Bluest Eye will answer all your questions about feminism as a movement and ideology during the 19th century. GOOD LUCK
