Call of the end

Post by Hush on Thu Aug 05, 2010 2:59 pm

It wears me out and moulds me into a wax figurine

Genuine hopes turned to spineless dreams

Glorious days discarded into a dry river

Myriad streams of thought has come to nought

Oh goodness!

May I break loose from this faithless world?

Reach the promised land of mine

May I Stand the pace to rest in peace?

Never mind, life is fine!

Fading smells of dead fantasies

Scents of my dreams burning afar

Sent nowhere, found no way

High hopes getting down

Clocks of the hereafter striking

More plaintive, yet splendid!

Remember that it is only God who has the curative power to heal the mournful hearts and the sorrowful souls.
